These terms govern your use of nohosting.co.uk and any website design service you order from us ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
nohosting.co.uk provides professional website redesign services for UK small businesses, for a one-off fee of £299. This includes design, build, and deployment of a new website based on the template style and brief you provide, hosted at no ongoing cost to you.
You place an order via our online order form, providing details of your existing website (if any), your chosen template, and your business content. Payment of £299 is taken upfront via Stripe before work begins. This is a one-off payment — there are no recurring or hidden fees for hosting.
We aim to deliver your completed website within 48 hours of receiving your order and all required content. Delivery times may occasionally be longer where a project requires additional information from you, or during periods of high demand — we'll let you know if this applies.
You're responsible for ensuring any text, images, or other content you supply for your website is either your own, properly licensed for use, or otherwise free to use. We reserve the right to decline to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
Once your site is live, further changes (text edits, new sections, image swaps, etc.) are available at a flat rate of £25 per request, covering reasonable ongoing updates. This is not a subscription — you only pay when you request a change.
Your website is hosted free of charge on our infrastructure. If you have an existing domain name, you'll need to point it to your new site — we'll provide instructions for this. We don't charge for hosting, but you remain responsible for your own domain registration and renewal with your domain provider.
Because work typically begins shortly after payment, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with your delivered website, contact us at hello@nohosting.co.uk and we'll work with you to resolve it. Statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by these terms.
While we take reasonable steps to keep hosted websites online and available, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including hosting provider outages, DNS issues, or events beyond our control).
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our service or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Once your website is delivered and paid for, you own the content specific to your business (text, images you provided, branding). The underlying template design and code structure remain the property of nohosting.co.uk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
